PERFECT FACE/MODEL FOR PROMGUIDE:Aloha everyone!My name is Carolyn,17 years old and I'm a junior graduating early! Graduation Class of 2009!I was born in Western Samoa and raised here on the island of O'ahu, Hawaii,the beautiful paradise island of Honolulu. My ethnicity is Samoan, Hawai'ian, Chinese, German, and British. So I'm graduating my junior year and I'm also getting a head start on college in January 2008 while I'm also attending high school. Sports are also what I love to do in school. I'm also working part-time in sales for a retail store some of you are familiar with(HIC a.k.a Hawaiian Island Creations).I have to work hard so I can succeed in achieving my goal which is majoring in broadcasting.So I need money to also pay for my college tuition. I have many goals I have set for myself so I can live a steady life in the future and so I succeed. Yes, this is a very busy year for me! I'm an A and a B student, yes I'm smart....but there are also things I ain't so smart in like math. Everyone has a subject they're bad in right?lol. It sounds like a lot, but I can handle.I'm fun, outgoing, laid back, loud, organized, independent, cool and I'm very goal oriented. When I want to achieve something, I achieve it and I know exactly what I want for my future. My hobbies are modeling, acting, jet-skiing, dancing tahitian/hula, hip-hop, drawing/painting, film, boxing, watching UFC ultimate fighting, writing poems, reading, watching our University of Hawai'i football team play, surfing at the North Shore, hanging with friends, taking pictures, helping my mom around the house, working, meeting new people, and being adventurous. I love laughing, being myself..no matter what, learning new exciting things, and also spending time with my family. The reason I'm trying out for this promguide model search is because we don't have proms at my school, so I think it would be awesome to feel very pretty and dolled up in beautiful prom gowns. That would be my moment, especially having a photoshoot if I win because modeling is my passion. I know that I would make a great face for promguide and I would make my school more proud if I was to win. This would be a dream come true that will last a lifetime for me.
